Monthly Subscription – Automatically renews every month. Yearly Subscription – Automatically renews annually.

1.2 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. A valid payment method is required to activate the free trial.If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

1.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).To cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including failure to cancel on time.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided by Comeback Entrepreneur are owned by us and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or resell any content from our platform. Any violation of our intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Contributions & Ownership

Users may submit testimonials, feedback, success stories, and advice on our platform. By submitting content, users grant us the right to use, modify, display, and share it for promotional, educational, or other business purposes. Users may be credited for their contributions where applicable.

3.2 Privacy & Confidentiality

If a user wishes for their contributions to remain confidential, they must explicitly request this in writing. Otherwise, Comeback Entrepreneur reserves the right to use user-generated content at its discretion.

4. Community Guidelines & Account Termination

To maintain a safe and supportive environment , users must adhere to the following:

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our platform, services, or advice provided by us or other users.All users acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any arbitration or legal action will take place in Tampa, Florida. Users waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against Comeback Entrepreneur.
